Pixel Aspect Ratio...?

Sad Max

Artful Dodger
So I'm animating some titles for a friend, who needs it delivered as a Quicktime for import into his editor's NLE...

The editor specified a resolution of 720x480, which is not standard D1 or D2 resolution, leaving me rendering at a 'custom resolution,' which is fine...

But I don't know where to set the pixel aspect ratio. I don't believe that square pixels are suitable (or are they...?) and I need to know what the pixel aspect ratio setting should be, expressed as a decimal (.85, .96, etc, etc...)

Also, is anyone familiar with the "Black Magic" codec? This is the codec the editor specified the quicktime should be rendered with, but it's not on my Premiere Pro list of available codecs. Anyone know where I can find this codec, or what the next closest tool would be?

I'm working in the PC world.

Thanks!
