Pixel Aspect Ratio + 5DM2

This whole PAR topic is incredibly confusing to me, even with the help of Google & Wikipedia.

So, I'm in Final Cut Pro with the PAR = Square. I send my edited footage through Compressor and then onto DVD Studio Pro. The results - my 5DM2 footage looks stretched on my TV. When I play the DVD on my computer, however, the footage looks fine.

Is it possible to have my 5DM2 footage burned onto a DVD for broadcast (NTSC DV) and have it look normal on both a TV screen AND a computer screen???

If the answer is NO, then why do my Hollywood-produced DVD's look normal on both my TV screen & computer screen???
 
Right. But if I set it up with the 0.91 aspect ratio the image looks crappy on my computer screen.

I'm just wondering if there's a way to set it up so that my footage looks normal on both my TV and computer screen?
 
Put another way - what do you guys do if you know your customer is going to play the DVD on both a TV (non-square pixels) and computer (square pixels)???
