For Sale:
Sound Devices PIX 240 kit
Kit contains 1 PIX 240 with wall power, a Hirose to PTap power cable, InvisiShield Screen protector applied on the screen (like you'd put on a smartphone) and a velcro'ed/removable plastic screen protector. The kit also contains 2x Sound Devices media Caddies and 2 OWC 240GB SSD drives (1 in each Caddy).
This kit has been used on one show and is in fantastic condition -- virtually new. The SSD drives are Sound Device approved media for this system and worked flawlessly on our show. They have a lot of capacity and accomplish speedy downloads. This kit enables immediate ProRes or AVID transcodes w/ excellent sync/timecode capabilities...
Right now these cost $2750 for the Pix + $65 for the cable + $120 each for the Caddies (2x = $240) + $350 each for the SSDs (2x = $700) for a total of $3755 if you were to by them from Abel or BH Photo, OWC, etc.
I'm asking $3375 for the whole package with free shipping.
Again, this is a virtually new kit used for 5 weeks on one show--hence the relatively high asking price.

I have a much more extensive history at REDuser where my name is paul engstrom. I am also listing this there and have already sold a kit just like this one (I originally had 2 for sale).
