Pistol grip for Zacuto rig.

I have outfitted my 200 with the best gear from Zacuto. Gratical HD viewfinder, shoulder mount, wooden handle, Z Trigger bracket and it all works great but... I am still unable to find a solution to attach a grip to start and stop recording and zoom. Do you folks have any ideas of a third party grip that can attach via a standard rosette to the Zacuto Z Trigger bracket to accomplish this? All of this gear is great but if I cannot start and stop recording or zoom, what's the point?
