My sister invited me and some friends up to her and her pig for an evening with barbeque,
so I brought my dvx/sgpro with me to get some footage. Some neighbour dogs visited us as well.
Shot with 55mm and 28mm lenses. I adjusted some levels in premiere, but no CC.

50mb, 2:40min, h.264.

Real nice look you get from the SGpro. Great shots of that dog by the way and the pig did not seem the least concerned that there was a bbq going on! I would love to get a SGpro and your video helps make the case.

Go for it man, the sgpro is the best investment I ever did concerning video equipment. And that dog was huge, it almost knocked me over once :)

I'd successfully tucked away in my mind that I didn't need an adapter.

It had been months. I had been good. No footage downloads. No screengrabs......

Now - this. Nicely done. And, now, I'm getting that sinking feeling again. Footage looks great.

Glad you like it :)

My settings are F6 scene file: Detail level: "- 4", gamma: "Normal", Matrix: "Norm1", Master ped: "- 6", Skin tone: "Thin", progressive(of course).
And everything else in the scene file is set to: "0".

The song is "Up" by Rob Crow.

-cheers!

I don't know which one i'd want more: one of those pigs (he seems like a nice fellow) or one of those SGPros.

Probably SGPro, it doesn't pee on carpets. Nice footage!

Now that we know all that, how about your color grading process?

Wow, now that looks like film. Great footage. You're good and keeping focus with that thing as well. Way to go.

It takes a little getting used to, but after a while, running and gunning while pulling focus is actually quite doable :)

A couple of shots look a hair smudgy to my eye, but I cannot tell if that if because of the compression. Which 7" monitor are you using to focus?

Oh, and FYI, the pig goes ON the grill...

yes, the footage looks really nice and the little pig is adorable but, please tell me you weren't feeding it hotdogs.
