Pictures into timelapse

So I shot a couple of sunsets using an intervelometer. How exactly do I turn these into a video sequence? Pardon my ignorance, as a shooter I avoid anything post like the plague.

Do you have quicktime 7 pro?

Put them (numbered sequentially...off the camera should be fine) into a folder. In quicktime hit "Open, image sequence" select your desired framerate, and then your folder. Presto! Then save as or export to your codec of choice.

If you are looking for some free solution you can use Virtual Dub.

I believe quicktime pro 7 is free if you have Snow Leopard (ok so not free, but basically if you already have it lol.)
