Picture style with the most latitude?

Hi guys,

I have been using the Superflat picture profile and I was wondering if there is any other that has more latitude than this one?

you can try Flaat picture style from Samuel H, however, using picture style won't give you more usable latitude. it's fixed in Canon's own gamma curve which is about 10 stops.
 
Technicolor's Cinestyle profile will give you more range at the low end. Some people say it introduces too much noise, but I haven't found that if the scene is lit well. Also within cinestyle try playing around with the contrast settings, try not putting it all the way to left. Also, you will get more dynamic range shooting at lower ISO's - 100, 200 etc.
