GH3 Picture style settings.

First off: am I right to assume sharpening -5 means the camera is adding no sharpening while -4 means a slight bit if sharpening is being added? If so -5 would be my setting.

Are there any post advantages or detremts to keeping both contrast and saturation at -5?
