Picture Profiles/Recipes for 5D MKii

I have been searching through forums for a solid starting point to set the custom profiles on this camera and have seen very few posts relating to Sharpness, Contrast, etc. Can anyone link me to threads that discuss this or perhaps give their own opinion and what works? I am mainly looking for a solid overall interior profile using a combo of available light and a few Kinos.
