Picture Profiles FS 700

it has been discussed dozen times before and there are al lot of different nice profiles depending on your taste and needs.
Best you search here at dvxuser with "FS700 picture profile"

my favorite was

Black level +2
Gamma Cine4
Black gamma – range middle, level -2
Knee – point 100%, slope 0
Color mode – type Cinema, level 8
Color level +2
Color phase -2
Color depth – R 1, G 0, B 0, C -2, M 0, Y 4
WB shift – all 0
Detail - level 0

good compromise of preserving highlight, not too much noise in the blacks, nice skin tone.
your mileage may vary ;-)

Nothing other than color temperature gets carried over the RAW stream. So picture profiles wont matter. You just have to give yourself a wider margin and ETTR. I usually put anything that is below 15% IRE as "going to be black in post". And it gets pushed down.

If I remember correct, the 7q wants the slog pp in order to record 2-4k raw. I'll check tomorrow. However I still feel that the blacks have a lot of colored noise and the whole picture has too much noise. Even when I expose with false color and within 50-80%. Any ideas?

yes. As already suggested expose to the right. ;-)
False color from standard exposure is misleading in sLOG2
Follow the advice of slipstrea088 with blacks at 15%IRE.

I have very clean images with almost no noise even in higeher ISO (4000 / 8000) with ETTR
