Picture Profile OFF vs. Picture Profile 1?

1. I do not remember, does the A7S2 ship with the default setting of PP OFF?
2. What does the camera do to the video with not PP settings enabled? Does it bake in color info? i thought that PP1 bakes in general color info, if so, what is the difference between Picture Profile OFF vs. Picture Profile 1?

I was thinking the same thing.
With PP off the video looks nice but I don't have the "tools" for an in depth analysis.
Maybe somebody else will chime in with some conclusions.
