picture profile for t3i and 5d mark ii

Hi, I have 2 cameras : the canon t3i and the 5d mark ii.
I use nikkor primes lenses with them.

My picture profile for the 5d is :
Sharpness 0
Contrast 0
Saturation -1
Color tone 0

My picture profile for the t3i is :
Sharpness 0
Contrast -4
Saturation -1
Color tone 0

I was wondering if the contrast and the saturation were well adjusted,
