Picture Profile "Detail" adjustment?

I've read the help pdf titled Help_C198100111.pdf but I'm really looking for more info on manual adjusting the Detail of a Picture Profile, specifically the B/W Balance. Such as what is difference between Type 1 verses Type 7?


Trying to pull some LCD moire out of shots.


Any insights or link to a more indepth article would be appreciated.
