Phantom 3

The product not withstanding.....Who the hell wrote the script for this????? Built using aluminum pulled from the earths crust!!! It takes perfect union of man and machine to build and deliver them???? When building the phantom instead of focusing on the fundamental we focused on the elemental......??? The components form a tiny living computer!!!!!!! COME ON!!!! it's like the Brady bunch performing at a WWF event.

The aluminium bit did get me.. but the ground up thing is actually great.

Sony Canon et al have basically lost the plot and have forgotten what ground up shooting is.. hence we need to rebuild all their cameras to make them work.

a church like the November Rain clip. I dont like the first movements, dont like not 60p , not smooth, thats the big issue from almost current 4k cameras kncluded de c300 mk2. I dont like. 60fps is a must, the minimum for non static shoots
 
The new Phantom 3 Professional has the same camera as the Inspire 1, right? Phantom 3 Professional costs $1259. Inspire 1 costs $2899. Why the $1600+ difference?
 
I do like that the camera's are integrated, but I prefer a Phantom with a GoPro option because of ProTune.
 
No way points, or ground station
less payload
no retracts
no tandem user capability
less feature on the remotes

thoughts on the integrated camera vs a GoPro 4 Black? Not sure how I feel about picking one up when they aren't offering it with a bring your own camera option at the moment, not cause of cost, but because of quality comparison.
 
Holt S... was that wedding thing for real? Someone put up with a stupid flying crab and buzzing sound while getting married?? What is the world coming to? And who cares about these stupid things anymore? It's a visual fad that is over with. Every newbie uses one on their doc or commercial so, like with log "color", sliders and Movi shots, material shot around 2014-2015 is embarrassingly marked with these trends. It's 1970's TV-show zoom lenses all over again. THINK.

(And I thought this thread was about a new Phantom camera, not a toy)
 
I will get this as soon as they get it to work with the Zenmuse, so that I can put my gopro4 in it. This "toy" completely revolutionized my productions, the same way DSLR's did to independent film. As an owner of a Phantom 2, I'm definitely going to get this!
