Peter Kagan article on HVX

Jarred.. that is a really nice article. The cam does have a calming effect on clients. Being able to watch a shot a few seconds after you have shot it without shuttling tape is worth the price of the camera alone.....

I haven't seen the spot. Anyone? Or maybe a link?

first time i saw the spot was on a plasma at the palms hotel in vegas last week.. and it looked incredible.

Sweet. I'll be on the look-out for the spot. Also, any more info on that Chili Peppers MTV thing? Not sure if I missed it, but that would have been a good one to check out.

Also Jarred I wanted to say thanks for the super cool batteries and the Tshirt. Great products at an awesome price!

Also in new news, I got a call today to do a shoot on Wednesday with a DP here in town and it's direct for Samsung electronics. They specifically asked for the HVX.. so that's badass. It's a non disclosure spot so I won't be able to post anything but it's another step towards this camera being in the black.

We saw a lot of this footage at the bootcamp and it looked fantastic. I'm really impressed at how well the HVX hold the whites. Very impressive!

I was the DIT on this commercial, here's a set pic of Peter (at the camera) Reggie and I
