Person of Interest

Absolutely love Taxi Driver and Fight Club and even Miami Vice.

As far as what we are doing with it. Taking it one scene at a time baby, one scene at a time....

Also, no ADR at this point, though I foresee it. Radio VO was recorded direct from the actual radio station mic, generally we have a boom going into a tascam digital recorder.

We will soon travel to an actual city to shoot our wide establishing shots, this has all been done in Boise Idaho.

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement!

the shot following the guy on the sidewalk from inside the building was sick. i liked the security cam effect at the end too. i need to "borrow" that one. :dankk2:

Looking great! I love the look of the stock lens. It goes to show that you don't need an adapter to shoot a beautiful looking film. It is all in the composition, lighting and the story among other things. And of course how talented the people behind the project are. Good luck with your movie.

Hey, thank you for the very kind comment. And I agree about the adapter.

Totally appreciate it Zak! Thanks for the great feedback. Back in the editing room this weekend. As Zak stated we have an initial site up at www.personofinterestmovie.com. We'll be updating that over the next couple of months as we ready the film to take out into the world (whatever and wherever that means).

Appreciate all the interest, advice and kind words along the way. We're almost there!

PERSON OF INTEREST is done, and screenings are lining up, including an LA screening on August 5th at the downtown independent as part of CINEFIST http://cinefist.com/screenings/, put on by the very talented Zak Forsman, and crew.

You can check out the first 8 minutes of the film here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgDipsWv6Tw And, our campaign to take the film on the road, here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gregorybayne/person-of-interest-off-the-grid-film-tour-independ - A lot of great swag, including DVDs, and downloads of the film.

Again, PERSON OF INTEREST was shot entirely with the HVX in the winter of 2008. Appreciate the support here!
