PENTAX DA STAR 50-135MM F2.8 Lens for AF100

Hello,

Does anyone know if this lens will work with the AF100? Reviews say it is designed specifically for the Pentax cameras. For me, it is an ideal zoom range for doing interviews.

Yes it will fit on a m4/3 camera with an adapter but the issue is aperture control. I know the older Pentax lenses will work with most of the adapters because of external aperture ring, but I'm not sure if there are any that can work with the modern DA lenses.

I don't have that specific lens, but i do have several modern pentax da zooms that i use with my gh2 and a novoflex adapter that has aperture control. It works very well.
The da* 50-150 has a VERY good reputation amongst pentax users.

Novoflex to the rescue! They also make an adapter for G lenses for Nikon.

I have a Tokina 50-135mm f/2.8 with a Novoflex adapter to control the aperture. I currently use it on a GH1 and plan to use the Tokina on the AF100.

IQ is very good, and I love the build quality of the Tokina lenses. I have a couple of them; 11-16, 20-35, 28-70 Pro I and 50-135.
