Hi friends , i pretend to buy a pelican case for my hvx. but i could not figure out wich model is the best for my needs..

i want a pelican to storage my HVX , with 4 batteries , FS100 and 3 batteries , chargers.

and if it is possible to storage and transfer with my Brebis35 set and 3 lenses...
is that too much to carry it on an airplane.?
it fits?

thanks...?

I use the 1510 with wheels. its stores my:

HVX200
Spare batteries
FS100 w/ spare batteries
2 wireless lav sets
1 wireless stick mic
micro light
headphones.

The case that you'll need for all of that will be too big to carry onto a plane.

I use a pelican 1600 case. It easily fits the HXV, firestore, batteries, cable/cords, tapes and brevis. I'm not sure you can squeeze multiple lenses in there as well but it may be possible.

i have a 1610 for my camera, monitor, batteries, cables and a mic
then a 1550 for my brevis lenses, followfocus, etc.

you are not going to fit a camera, 35mm adapter, lenses AND the accessories to effectively USE that adapter into one case.

personally i wouldnt advise the moveable dividers thing. i just dont find it secure enough to keep stuf from getting jostled about. im a pic-n-pluck guy all the way. used it for years and wouldnt think of anything else ; )

The 1510 Case is the largest case you can carry on an airplane. Anything larger must be checked. I wouldn't want to carry anything larger than that anyways.

I use the Pelican 1610 case.

Fits the following:
HPX-170 w/battery
8 extra batteries
Vari-Zoom Remote Controller
2 filters
Marshall 7" Monitor w/hot shoe mount
7" Shotgun mic w/hot shoe mount
Small LED on camera light w/mount
Battery Charger w/cord
Assorted cables, flashlight...
