If you're stuck on Pelican, he is a dealer for them as well, but he is working to transition all of his clients to the better Hardigg products. Better latches, stronger hinges and the captive Vortex neoprene valve are three good reasons to switch.

The closest equivalent Hardigg is the im2400.

I just got the Pelican 1510...it rocks!!

Any case that has the reputation of surviving a total car wreck, a military jeep explosion, and a missile attack gets my money!!!!!!!!

Check out the specs on their website, you can't compare anything else to these!
 
Hardigg makes some wonderfull stuff. I handle all their blue-prints here in south deerfield. TONS of companies go through us. Including the U.S. Government. Hardigg will definately make something CUSTOM for you as well.
