Pearstone BPS-F975, shows 100% all the time

Hi all, if using the above battery and Nikon lens/adapter it shpws 100% all the time (never ran it dry, but
at least 2 hours). Using Sony battery this doesn't happen. BUT if I use the Sony KIT lens and Pearstone battery, it all behaves as normal. Anyone has any idea?
 
I notice on my generic batteries that they show 100% for the majority of time, than do drop off below 30%, also with a nikon adapter (I don't have a native e-mount lens)
 
Thanks for your reply. Anyone else with the same problem using Nikon adapter (in my case a Novoflex adapter, if that would matter)?
