PDX Film Race.. a short made in >12 hours....

[Hunter Hampton]

Hi guys... This was a rush of a time! Very fast paced. I highly recommend trying it out next time the Film Race tour comes to your town.

I just shot it and edited it. I did not write the script!

notes: HVX200 with 8" Marshall for focus, 1.5k watts of lights (britek!)

Well, it's pretty well done for 12 hours. But (and I guess this isn't your fault cause you're not the writer) it's a blatant rip off of The Others. To the point where it's almost plagirism. I guess when you don't have a lot of time... steal.

Thanks, I have never seen "The Others" so I can't really respond to actusations of idea theft. I just wanted to get feedback on the Camera movement and framing ect., as with the editing.

Feedback is welcome and wanted!

i thought the camera work and editing were probably the films stronger points especially for 12 hours. on the other hand, the story seemed more like one of those nickelodeon after school ghost stories. poor audio especially in the beginning.
