Please a recomandation for a new PC capable to work with 4K file from FS5..i have intel I7 2500K 16GB RAM video card Nvidia GTX 570..win 10 on SSD all..this configuration not work fluid with premiere pro.

Thanks

I upgrade my Win7 system last year as editing 4k wasn't good. I changed to a GTX970 4GB card and swapped to SSD drives. Since then 4k editing works fine. My recommendation is to get a GPU with at least 4GB of VRAM.

I've heard that Adobe Premiere will be incorporating a seamless proxy workflow tool in the next CC release. Essentially, it will automate the creation of lower res proxies from 4k footage, and let you flip back and forth during editing.

If you have the cash to burn for a faster machine, hey, go for it. But proxy workflows - automated or manual - allow you to edit the 4k footage smoothly at a lower resolution, then do the final export in 4k from the high resolution masters.

All depends where your bottle neck is what type of things you do to your footage. Powerfull CPU is needed for XVAC because of the compression algorithm especially if you have lot of video layers/composites etc. If you are applying lots of effects, a powerfull GPU is usefull. Hard drive is not usually the bottleneck unless you are editing uncompressed footage.

First of all, there is huge difference in timeline playback between I-frame and Long GoP XAVC. I can edit I-frame on my 4-core 2.5 GHz laptop; Long GoP requires at least twice that computing power for the same fps speed/quality. A fast GPU is always a bonus, of course.

If you can wait the new Nvidia cards that are coming out end of May and early June are probably worth waiting for. The 1080 and 1070 which are both promised to outperform the Titan line. www.maingear.com seems to make some really nice PC rigs as well. The pricing in quite reasonable relative the components they are using if you don't feel like building something yourself, it's probably where I'll buy my next computer while I run my Dell XPS 8300 into the ground.

I will wait the new Nvidia cards :-) I want to buy a 4K monitor I'm thinking of buying new Dell UltraSharp UP2715K LED-Monitor 68.5cm/27" ...if you have a better suggestion in maxim 1300 usd
