This is hard for me to explain... so bare with me!
When ever im doing handheld work with the camera I’ll hit the "PAUSE" button. The camera will stay in PAUSE for a couple of seconds or more until the tape mechanics will make the noise likes its being loaded into the loading bay again. During this the "NO TAPE LIGHT" would flash and the tape would get re-loaded as it goes back to being in PAUSE mode again. This will only happen whenever I move the camera around in PAUSE. However, it doesn't happen when it’s sitting on a tripod with no movement. It comes a pain the ass because when I need to hit the record button I have to wait until the mechanics inside loads the tape again. Any thoughts? Is there a sensor that detects the tape? Could it be loose or something?
Please help
