Patriot LX Series 16 GB Class 10

Has anybody tested with the patriot class 10 card? I've read that it has benchmarks of 27MB/s and the 16gig is on sale for 40 bucks. If no one has I might just buy it for testing purposes.

Amazon has them for 40.99. I was going to buy the sandisk extreme but I couldn't justify the extra 50 bucks for a ten percent increase in performance.
 
I just ordered those exact cards like 3 days ago and recieved them the next day. They work flawlessly with C settings. Fantastic deal at just $40.
 
I bought the 32gb Class 10 Patriot LX for $75 - 2% Cashback from bing from Newegg about 10 days ago. Its OOS now.

Works great on C-settings. Still looking for good MJPEG settings for this card that wont cause write errors. Anyone have some?

Any speed tests on that one? I use the 16GB LX cards, but need to get larger ones for the bigger files. The 32GB looks good if the speed is the same /better than the 16GB models.

I had the 32 gig version of this card and did many tests to find out the limitations. My experiance was it was limited to around 53 mbp/s. Anything over that would either error out the camera or crash the camera. I bought it for roughly $100 and sold it 2 weeks later for $75 and took a $25 hit. Then I bought the 32 gig SanDisk Extreme class 10 card and haven't looked back since. I'm not sure about the 16 gig version but the 32 gig version is not worth it and I promise anyone that buys it will eventually regret it if you are looking to do the high bitrates.
