does anyone know where to get decent fire and explosion emitters for particle illusion? or any other type of quality explosions and fire?

The PI site has numerous emitter libraries for free download. Many terrific efects including a wide variety of explosions/fire/smoke, etc.
I believe it's www.wondertouch.com
Hope this helps
