DOC: Paradise City Full Documentary Released

i watched it last night with a chick. I enjoyed it and that girl is fine.
A couple of notes tho:
It needs to be rescored in my opinion - the music massively loud and it over powers the images.
Not sure its really even appropriate with the subject matter - is it a doc or a music video?
The scope of the doc is kinda small - both in time and size. Might need a little follow up , or a little more background - or an interview with those two kids parents.
No nudity? Bullshit!

I`m almost angry right now.
I wanted to watch it content wise, but the cinematography (and parts of the editing) almost made me puke. Seriously.
This is such a great story, but technically it´s about the worst stuff I´ve seen for a long time.
The fotos in between are probably the best part and a nice idea for variation.
I also agree with "john threat", that the music is way to dominant, especially when using sth as famous as the RHCPs.
Have you cleared the rights for this...? Since you encourage viewers to use the tip jar for your work...
I usually try to not be that negative, but IMHO you should improve your filming skills (the knowledge is readily available on DVXuser) or collaborate with a experienced camera operator,
if you see yourself more as the director/producer type.
Either way, both the story and your subjects deserve it.
I wish I could say this in a more encouraging tone and I know that "You should do this or that" isn´t the best way of communicating critique.
Please believe me, I see the effort and I respect you, for "just doin it". Much better than no one telling their story.
