Panny AVCHD importer for mac

Hello Listers,

I just upgraded from Snow Leopard to Lion. I know, I am not an early adopter. I have usually used the Panny viewer software for both P2 and AVCHD to import to Mac. The P2CMS software seems to open fine. Of course the kludgy Pass site doesn't explain much, but seems to indicate the AVCHD viewer is not Lion compatible. Is this the case, and if so, what are my options. Presently using FCP7+ I don't mind the log and transfer process.

Clipwrap, 5DtoRGB, and loads of video editors are supporting AVCHD codec (Permiere & FCP X)
These will all convert or allow you to edit AVCHD files.
