Panny 20mm vs. Oly 17mm help!

Hey all, I need some advice. Comparing and considering eventually buying one of these two lenses. I need something wide that can open up more than the stock GH1 lens, but can also use Autofocus abilities (I do a lot of dark lit live photography and i have a canon fd adapter, but alas, cannot use autofocus with that). And I really need autofocus for photos. SO. I'm looking at these two lenses and the Oly is way cheaper. Need opinions please!! :) (the oly will be able to autofocus right?)
