Panasonic's Warranty Website

I was actally going to post this. I am having trouble as well. I keep getting an error that says my serial number is invalid...
 
I think all the Panasonic websites are a joke. I had issues too with the Serial # but I had mistaken "0" for "O". But I also tried tracking down the firmware site for the 14-140 lens. Panasonic ships a printout with the lens that has the site on it. Should be simple; go to website, see instructions, download, install. You get to the site and it's a mess of information, still haven't found the firmware update. Panny needs to hire a web company to manage and design their sites better, worse than any other major manufacturer.
 
I see. Is it a catch 22 situation where you can't register your camera because you've never registered anything before? Panasonic websites are not very user friendly. I never could figure out their P2 software sites.

Wow, so how are people suppose to register their AF100? They have this URL plastered all over their manuals and under the LCD screen and yet there's no way to register it as a new customer. Brilliant.
 
Wierd, I just got an email that said registration successful. After trying several times a couple days ago and getting an "invalid serial" message. Anyone who had trouble registering their AF100 get this email?
 
I just had the exact same issue. Tried my serial with an "O" and a "0" thinking I'd messed up and finally gave up. Called Panasonic and then later magically got two emails saying my camera had been registered. Strange...but at least it worked.
