I just got the camera and I'm having trouble with the focus on extreme close ups. Does anyone have this issue? I tried looking the manual, but it's lacking on information as what the options in SW setup mean especially with Focus Ring Drive, Focus Marcro, and Area-Mode.
Go to USER SW and assign one of your user buttons (for the sake of discussion we'll say USER1) to FOCUS MACRO. Then exit the menus and push that button. You should be able to focus much closer now.
