Sorry If this is the wrong place to post but I need help :-(

I just came back from holiday have filmed alot of family footage and have plugged my camera into its DC cable and once i've done it the camera doesn't turn on :-s

I'm not sure how to fix this it works fine with a bat but to upload footage to the computer I need to use the DC cable.

Hope someone can help.

I looked at the manual and it tells to connect it to the dc-adaptor when connecting the USB to the pc. If that's down, I think you'll need a repair. I didn't find anything in the manual (but it's 128 pages and I didn't go through all of them) about copying from the internal hdd to the removable SD-card. If that is possible that could be your only option besides (expensive) maintenance.
