Panasonic Rebate

I just purchased the DVX100a through Willoughby's and it was sent out on Feb 1st. I got the Magic Bullet Software but the DVX User book and DVD were not in the box. Does anyone know how I get the rebate and book?

You have to contact your seller. If they don't respond, then try contacting Jan Crittenden of Panasonic (she's a member here).

I contacted Willougby's and they said I need to contact Panasonic to get the book and DVD. I'll try contacting Jan. Is there a way to reach her direct?

You could send a private message to her here on this board, or just wait for her to respond here -- she checks in every few days or so.

Thanks, I did send her a private message and I'll be on a shoot for the next week and will follow up on this when I return, sooner if I can get a connection in the desert.
