Hello,
First of all I want to thank the dvxuser community: helped a lot during my process of understanding digital cinema. I am Romanian so because of the price difference between EU countries and the U.S.A., I bought my HVX200 with the help of some american relatives.
I'm still a student, so I didn't have the financial means to buy a p2 card at the same moment I got the camera (I bought the hvx last summer). I bought the 32 P2 now. So far I didn't have much to do with it (I had my school projects going on and no p2 card).
The rebate stuff- hvx book, battery and magic bullet - never arrived, although my relatives have registered it before the given deadline, kept on calling the panasonic office, left messages and emails with no answer.
Because of different projects, no p2 card, (stupidity?) I didn't know what to do in this situation, so I didn't act...
Right now Im the happy owner of a 32 gb P2 card and still dont know how to handle this rebate issue but I am very interested in finding out what happend. Can you help me somehow? Is it a normal thing not to get them? (as normal as that can be ...) Will I never get them or do I stand a chance? Is there some other panasonic rebate tel. no. that I can call?
