Panasonic Rebate for Barry's book?

What ever happened to the Panasonic rebate that was supposed to pay for Barry's book. There was some talk a month or so ago that it would be available soon - does anyone know if this in imminent? Thanks.
 
Barry, is there anything we should specifically need to get the rebate book? I just have my reciept and havnt registered the cam online yet with panasonic. Does it need to be registered?

It doesn't seem to clarify how the book will make it to us... is there going to be a link for the rebate form? I'll be out of town for a long while and want to get it shipped somewhere else, is that going to be possible? Thanks Jan, Barry or anyone!

Hi Barry and Jan, please answer me this:

I have purchased my HVX200 about december last year ( when I did Pay $US 9.990 to Veryte in Miami) and I received the camera in April this year !!!

I steel be eligible for Barry's book from panasonic??
