Panasonic Promotion, HMC40 & Blu-ray Player

Well, I've been waiting almost four months now, and nothing yet. I've called four times since March and every time they tell me that they are on backorder. Bunch of idiots.
 
I sent my stuff in January, still no Bluray.
Can someone tell me what phone number to call.
they directed me to "Sleeping Beauty" promotion phone number.
email and/or phone would be so helpful.

You can call the number in the rebate, or google Panasonic Broadcast and find a number there. Still, calling doesn't achieve anything, as I called several times and sent an angry e-mail to Panasonic Broadcast, and I received a reply from a supervisor asking someone to assist me, and still no player.
 
My player arrived via UPS this afternoon ... it too is a Panasonic DMP-BD65P.
(I bought my HMC-40 Jan 30 and submitted the rebate form within a day or so.)

You're pretty lucky, I sent the rebate in early January and I still don't have the player.
 
I purchased my HMC40 back in early January and send in the form ASAP, BUT I'm still waiting too.

The long delay does not help Panasonic's Reputation.

UPDATE: My Panasonic DMP-65P-K just arrived today.

I have a feeling that others should be getting theirs soon too....

I got mine yesterday too, about four months and ten days after they received my rebate. I'm happy, though, it's a DMP-65P-K and it's much faster than my older Sony. Unfortunately it's rather picky with my self authored BD5s and BD9s. Make sure to use the AVCHD strict structure configuration if you author that kind of disc.

I sent my rebate in the 1st week of January- player showed up today. Looks like the backorder is over!
