Are you looking for a modification to the existing product? Or are you looking for a USB3 P2 reader? Because the new reader is UsB3.

Roger that. I thought you might be asking for a modification of the existing single-slot, and that's not gonna happen. A replacement with USB3 would be very welcome, very very welcome. You're talking about the $2,200 three slot unit, right? I'm looking for an updated $350 single slot usb3 "bargain basement" unit.
There are usually new press releases issued at NAB, in addition to the pre-NAB press releases we already got, so there's definitely the prospect of additional products being announced. No guarantee, but traditionally they do offer something new at the press conference the day before the floor exhibits open.will there be different
press releases during the NAB from Panasonic, could there be?
If 4K is developed within Class 200 AVC-I, then yes.So does Micro P2 record 4k video?
If 4K is developed within Class 200 AVC-I, then yes.
Why not? It's just a storage medium, and it's one of the fastest storage mediums around. Why couldn't you put 4k raw onto it? Redcode ran at 220 megabits per second, didn't it? No reason why you couldn't record 4K redcode onto it.But you couldn't get 4K raw onto a micro p2 card, correct? Or any other kind of raw recording.
Now just take these damn things and put them in a re-sensored, re-wired AF100 body that can roll AVC-I/U, Panasonic. External recorders suck. Thanks.
I am so over that. I now want a gh3 body(or bigger) with modular parts for xlr and etc. that records avc-i 100mbps and long G.
