S SPZ Veteran Sep 10, 2007 #21 My main concern is 4:2:2 vs 4:2:0. This is what makes the HVX "pop" vs the oposition. I believe in everything else the XDCAM HD codec will be fairly good, and render motion quite well. Working on Pal dv 4:2:0 for too long. The difference to dvcpro 50 4:2:2 is astonishing.
