Panasonic Part numbers?

Ok so i'm trying to get a couple of replacement lens caps for some HVXs as well as replace the thumb screw that locks the HVX mattebox/hood in place (how a client managed to lose that screw is beyond me, they actually tighten if you over loosen them).

My problem is that when I call the Panasonic 800 number they tell me they can't look these items up without their part number. Of course, their website is useless, and they've transfered me to technical support 3 times, and I'm still waiting on 1 tech to call me back so I can simply ask him for the part number.

So my question is, do any of you know the parts number for the lens cap and for the screw? (its the one that locks the mattebox/hood)

Forget Panasonic I went through all this a few weeks ago with them on a baseplate they were worthless. instead ring up Specialized Communications they were able to do in 15 mins what Panny couldn't do in 3 days.

Thanks for making me feel really stupid, I should have totally thought of that! I bought my camera from Spec Comm and they're great.

I'll ring em up today, thanks again.
 
No worries...I tried Panasonic myself first and their parts division sucks they have to research parts and then they sent me the wrong part and their is no pictures of parts, unless you pay like $50 for a parts catalogue and different parts are carried by different depts.....trippy dude. 5 mins on the phone with Spec-Comm and they were like oh yeah you want Part #....
