Panasonic HVX200 Battery Charger

Lost my panasonic battery charger that came with my camera. I'm looking at around $150 to replace it with another Panasonic charger. I found this:

A two battery quick charger for around $30 more. My concern is that my batteries are 7.2 volt batteries and this says that it is an 8.4 volt charger. Is that an issue? I'm pretty ignorant when it come to volts and electricity etc. It states that it's for panasonic hd/hdv cams........any ideas?
 
Can anyone comment on the 8.4 vs. 7.2 charger issue? I'm ready to pull the trigger and buy one but need to make sure it wont screw up my batteries first.
 
Help...anyone...??? Sitting with an HVX200....6 dead batteries with my mouse hovering over purchase. Would like to know if this charger will work. I e-mail the company but haven't heard back from them.
 
Jason, I've def. looked at them and they're really nice just out of my budget. I was pushing it with the $180. If I had the money I'd def just get the dolgin. Thanks
 
Bh has some dvx - hex chargers for about $20. They even come with a cig lighter plug. They seem to work fine. If you can't find them, I'll did up a link for you. I think it was their Pearstone house brand.
