Hi All,

Thanks for your help in advance. My company just bought a Panasonic AG-MX70P Digital AV Mixer for us to use for a live broadcast we are doing in a few weeks. I am still trying to get my head wrapped around this whole thing. My main problem and concern as of right now is that I am trying to figure out how to get lower thirds I create overlayed on the video coming into the mixer.

I have two HVX200's feeding into the mixer currently.

Is there a way I can hook up a MBP to the mixer and overlay the output from the MBP on top of the video source?

Another thing I thought about was putting the lower thirds on green and chromakeying them in the mixer, but that seems a little crude.

Any solutions you all know of?

Thanks again!!!

I used to use an Amiga computer to overlay graphics in a studio shoot using my WJ-MX50 switcher by using its' keyer. I'm sure the MX70P must have even better keying abilities.
