Panasonic HVX 200a weird sound

I just received my Panasonic HVX 200a today and I find this weird sound when I move the camcorder around off mode, such as tilting up and down, paning left and right without a tripod attached. It sounds like something is loose inside the camcorder, however, when I switch the camcorder to on mode, the weird sound disappear. I wonder if anybody had this problem before.

The sound you're hearing is the optical image stabilizing system and is normal when the camera is powered off. When it's turned on, the system is active and should not make that sound.
 
lol...I remember how alarmed I was when I first heard that sound after I pulled my new DVX100a out of the box around 2004..
