Hello all –
I have two Panasonic HPX-170 packages for sale. This is the listing for camera #2 (or “Abby”)
I’m selling the cameras because I am upgrading. I have filmed beautiful interviews with the pair of cameras.
The cameras each come with a Letus Extreme depth of field adapter which gives them shallow depth of field with Canon FD lenses. Each camera also comes with two Canon FD lenses, batteries and P2 cards.
I am the original owner of the HPX’s and Letus’. I bought the lenses used from Adorama.
Everything is in excellent condition.
Here’s the specifics for camera #2 --
Camera #2 –
1058 hours
(2) 32GB P2 cards
(2) batteries
included –
Letus Extreme with 72mm adapting ring to the HPX and Canon FD adapting ring to the FD lenses
Canon FD 24mm f2.8 with haze filter, well-used looking, but recently cleaned and checked
Canon FD 85mm f1.8 with haze filter, well-used looking, but recently cleaned and checked
Barry’s book (which is great)
charger, AC cord and AC adapter
mic attachment
component video cable
One imperfect thing – where the 72mm adapting ring attaches to the Letus there are two screw heads broken off, so the adapting ring does not come off the Letus. The Letus still comes off the camera like usual when you want to shoot without it. It doesn’t affect operation in any way.
The price for this camera package is lower because of the hours and because the matte box, remote and Panasonic instruction book are with my lights in Alabama. If you want them, I will send them to you when I am there in July, but the absence deserves a lower price.
Price for the above camera #2 package is $800.
Buyer pays insured shipping. I will wrap all it so very well.
Questions here or via personal message – thanks!
