This same ad is on cinematography.com, and there was no response there. If it's too good to be true....Matt

guess I'm buying a new one then, this is the second person that doesn't want my money.. Go figure.....

You're right. It would be worth it for me just to stop trolling this site and get on with the more important task of learning how to use it. B&H or Spec-Comm, manyana.

I need to remember to subscribe to the threads I post to. I would've been in and might be if I don't get the camera I bought from moonraker last night.

Trolling ...

Trolling ...

LOL! I've been trolling for a while and finally bought one last night. I have Ebay alerts like crazy looking for the HPX. I TOTALLY forgot about the Bing cashback thing or else I could've gotten like up to 8% back on the transaction if I had done it right. Duh!!!!! Could've saved more money. Even tried to convince moonraker to cancel the transaction and start over. LOL!

Texas Media Systems offered me one for $4779, which is $20 cheaper than BH with free ground shipping. I can't remember if that had a card or not, it should since that is what BH is doing. The guy is on this forum. He also offered an additional discount if I were in central TX, like $150 off. However, if you're there you're going to have to pay sales tax. Here is his info from his e-mail:
