Panasonic HC-WXF991K - Any thoughts?

Thinking of this camera as a B-roll only run and gun companion to my GH4. Could really use a 4K - great stabilization - good tracking auto focus camera for docu B-roll. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've been looking at the HC-WXF991 and comparing it to the HC-WX970. Most of the specs line up, with just the 120 fps option with the 970 and the viewfinder with the 991 being the major differences...

Yes, the 991 has some new 'in camera editing' options, but they seem more like a fringe feature, and not anything major offered to day-to-day videomaking...

I'm also looking to upgrade my b-roll camera from the HC-X920 so I can match 4k footage with my HC-X1000...

The second lens of both models really does not appeal to me either...

The HD image from my x920 has be excellent...and hoping that the HD and UHD/4K with the new cameras is just as presentable....

I feel the same way as you regarding the second camera or the editing functions. I'm mainly after 4K with a viewfinder and native 24p at this size and price point. Am I wrong or isn't this Panasonic's first 4K native 24P camera under $1,000.00?

Ah, yes, I see that the first generation WX870 and 970 only show UHD 3840 x 2160p / 30 fps (72 Mbps) and the WXF991 includes 24p (72Mbps)...missed that.
