GH4 Panasonic GH4 video review

Good side-by-sides. Those are really valuable. I guess I will be setting noise reduction back to zero if the camera does it best (you would think its better done in post). Is that because NR is applied before compression?
 
Cheers. I think it might be different with a better codec. The trade off for me with the limited codec was more noise for slightly better detail with it at -5. Since detail on this camera is not an issue i preferred having the noise reduction at zero. Also I found with NR at -5 it was harder to denoise in post. Though I don't claim to be an expert this was just my findings.
