For sale Panasonic DVX 100B

Owner / operator camera I used for many MTV News and Docs programs (yes networks still use this camera). This camera has been my workhorse but I'm letting it go because I'm investing in a Varicam. Camera has 636 professional hours on heads. Always well taken care of and serviced regularly.

Package includes everything needed to start filming immediately:

-DVX100B (improved features over DVX100A) w/ manual
-B+W UV protective filter
-Hoya Polarizer
-4 boxes of Panasonic tape stock (20 tapes total)
-Manfrotto Fig Rig w/ Manfrotto quick release plate
-Varizoom zoom control
-Kata camera bag with Trolley wheels (only used twice)
-Panasonic battery charger
-Panasonic battery
-Panasonic remote control
-Lens tissue and cleaner

Love the camera, really need it, great price!! Would you consider a trade or trade plus cash? I'm just starting out in film making (I'm 50) and I'm the only student without a real camera. I have MANY many valuable items that may be of interest to you. Please call me if you are interested. (702) 612-0644 Joe. I live in Vegas but I'm in LA all the time. Thanks for your consideration.
PS Under normal circumstances I would jump on this RIGHT Now!! (It's exactly what I want) I just can't swing the $$ at this moment. If not, all the best to you!!

Sorry not looking for trades...thank you!

MTV does have news believe it or not...teenage pregnancy, teenage motherhood, teenage ultra-expensive bday parties, teenage true life "Im a (insert the disorder)"...That's "news and docs" to MTV, not quite CNN material but hey these kids now-a-days :)

If you'd do $1000 shipped I'd bite for sure. Just got married last week so I'm recovering financially.

If it's any consolation, my brother and I are closet Made fans. :)
