panasonic DVM63MQ

I have a panasonic dvx102B. But I can't find any dvm63mq tapes in where I live. What tape you suggest besides dvm63mq? Is there any lack of quality in other brands tapes or will they create any problems on camera? And I heard about wet and dry tapes. What's that mean? What's the difference? I know there are so many questions here but I'm very confused.:) Please help!
 
I believe that tape has been discontinued. You'll have to go with AMQ tapes (more expensive) or PQ tapes (less expensive).
