I am selling my Panasonic DMR-HS2. It has been a great recorder, but I am switching to HD. It is in excelent condition and looks brand new. I have only used it a handfull of times for burning to DVD. Its from a smoke free house. It works perfect with no problems. Record your TV shows to the 40 gig hard drive or burn it to the DVD-RAM discs. Can burn to DVD-R also. Does not burn to DVD+R. You input your own recording times. This does not have a TIVO like feature. A very nice unit. Includes the factory Universal Remote as shown in pictures. Sony has a manual online for download, and I will be happy to send it as a PDF on a CD if the buyer requests. Can pick up in Westlake Village, CA
