Panasonic AG-UX90? New 4K camera coming soon

These were shown under glass at NAB. Smaller than the DVX200 but very definitely in the same family, looked operationally similar. 20x zoom on the 180. 1" sensor is a decent size, it is about half the size of the DVX200 's Four Thirds, but it is twice as big as a 2/3 sensor. They should be out in Fall, which typically has meant about October, but I haven't heard anything specific other than "Fall."

I would like to see the 1" sensor or m4/3rds get elevated to the AJ level of camera. I really like my PX270 but want some shallow DOF every once and a while. With a 1" sensor I could still operate close to the 1/3" usability but be able to get some background blur in an interview type setup. But for me, this is all predicated on the image quality and codecs matching the PX270.

They look like a good value and replacement for the AC90a and 130a/160a. I'm curious to see how they will do in low light and rolling shutter
