All you need is a couple of batteries and you're ready to go! This is a full HD production system that we've used for the last few years. Everything is in pretty darn good condition unless otherwise noted. I was using this camera until last week when I bought a RED camera. So... the beloved panny has to go.

• AG-HPX500 Camera Body
The camera body is in incredible condition. Total hours – 426. A few little wear marks from use but always babied and well taken care of. This camera lived inside of the Camera Glove and was quite well protected throughout it’s life. I bought this camera new and it existed in a smoke free environment. Includes body cap. I’m pretty sure I have the manual in my file cabinet but if not it can be downloaded as well.

• Panasonic BT-LH80W 7.9” Multi Format Monitor with homemade sun hood
Quite honestly the best monitor I’ve ever used. It takes multiple inputs and looks great even when outdoors. I’ve included a home-made sun hood that I created that attaches with velcro to the monitor. Included is the Component cable that attaches to the camera. Note – this monitor doesn’t have the HD-SDI option (Can be upgraded with a card from Panasonic) but works great with component or composite inputs. The focusing assists on this monitor were absolutely wonderful and allowed me to pull focus on shots in quite difficult situations.

• Firestore FS-100 100GB External Hard Driver Recorder + 2 Batteries + Charger
For the first year or so of use I used the Firestore FS-100 extensively with this camera. It allows for external recording or backup while recording to P2 Cards and is a great safety. I haven’t used this for a couple of years but it powered up just fine and seems to work well (I didn’t record anything but just ran a diagnostic and everything seems good to go).

• Kata CG-12 Camera Glove with rain cover
The neoprene camera glove protected this camera quite a bit and was never taken off the camera. The rain cover was only used a few times and was always dried out before putting back in it’s pouch.

Useful little bracket that I mounted external mic receivers and the GearDear enclosure on.

ABS enclosure for Firestore or other external recording hard drive. Holds the drive securely.

• Canon J14ax8.5B4 SD lens with 2x Extender
The Canon lens was a lens I bought years ago for this camera. While it’s a SD lens it is capable of full use for HD. I had intended to upgrade to a full HD lens at some point but soon found out the lens did a great job and I really didn’t need to upgrade. I bought this lens from a rental shop and the exterior of the lens shows lots of use. The optics, however, work great and are totally clean. The servo works well and it exposes well throughout the zoom without any vignetting. It has a 2x extender which is quite handy for action sports / wildlife etc.
